1. Service Description
Prairie Biosciences provides cloud-based RNA-seq differential expression analysis, pathway enrichment, and gene prioritization services. Analyses are performed using established, peer-reviewed statistical methods.
2. Your Data
You retain full ownership of all data you upload and all results generated. Prairie Biosciences does not claim any rights to your data or analysis outputs. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
3. Scientific Accuracy
Results are generated using published, peer-reviewed statistical methods. However, Prairie Biosciences is a computational tool. All biological interpretations should be validated independently. We provide the analysis; you provide the scientific judgment.
4. Access & Billing
Access to the platform is currently provided by request and governed by a written agreement or statement of work between you and Prairie Biosciences. Self-service paid subscriptions are not yet enabled. When self-service billing becomes available, the applicable terms (including plan pricing, billing cadence, and cancellation) will be presented at the point of sign-up and incorporated into these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
The platform is intended for legitimate scientific research. You agree not to use it for purposes that violate applicable laws or regulations.
6. Governing Law & Legal Entity
The platform is operated by Prairie Biosciences. These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing law: State of ___], without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. (Bracketed text is a placeholder pending final legal review.)
